 My name is Riche Mangiri, you can call me Richi ckckck... I am student in Tanjungpura University. This is my first blog. I made this blog is used for sharing ideas, opinion, information, and anything.


Aura Color Of Meaning

AURA COLOR Of MEANING 
Yourself, your friends, animals, plants, and all living things emit an aura.
Then what is the meaning and the meaning of aura colors? There are 12 color auras and their meanings as follows:
 
RED
If someone radiant red aura means he filled nature of power and ego to achieve this red success.color often held little future, of the environment in which the family were forced to conform to the ideals of family, so it looks cloudy and untidy.after growing up and able independent living, his aura will spread and he will be able to do what he should do.
People who have a background color of red aura, its like responsible and have the nature of a leader.
Have the nature of love and warm to others. Red also signifies brave. characteristic negative nature of the color red is skittish.

Orange (Pink)
Someone who is radiant aura is orange, then he has concern have nature  intuitive abilities, discreet and easy to get along. Orange has properties as a peacemaker, considerate, practical. Negativity is the orange color, lazy, can not afford and do not care.

YELLOW
Someone who  radiance yellow aura, have an enthusiastic and exciting nature. Thinking quickly and entertain others. Glad to gather, enjoy a long conversation. Glad to learn but its just trial and error so knowledge only ski n deep. The color yellow also liked the idea and expression. Negative nature of the color yellow is shy and likes to lie.

GREEN
ika someone radiant aura is green, then he has a cool and peaceful nature, and he was also gifted to be a natural healer. His manner was cooperative, trustworthy, and generous. Green nature like the challenge, worked tirelessly, easy to turn to for help. Negativity is rigid in looking at every issue.

BLUE
Someone who is radiant blue aura, that person be naturally positf and enthusiastic. Blue color usually be young, sincere, honest, and if it acts in accordance with his mind. Have freedom, dislike restricted or prohibited. Love travel, see new places and meet new people, can cover up feelings and can keep a secret. Negativity difficulty completing tasks.

INDIGO
Its warm, heal and nurture. Glad to resolve the issue, glad to help. Negative nature of the inability to say "no" so often used other people.

PURPLE
Someone who is radiant purple aura, so he likes the activities of spiritual and metaphysical. Negativity feels superior to the other.

SILVER
Have big ideas, but most of them are not practical. Often do not have the motivation.

GOLD
Having the ability to handle projects and have responsibility on a large scale. Have the nature of charismatic, hardworking, patient. Achieve success at an advanced age.

Rosy
Have the nature of a firm, hard-nosed, high ideals and have a plan. By their nature they are simple people, do not pretend, happy with life in peace.

WHITE
Its self-effacing, modest, very human like saints. Does not have the nature of the ego, is more interested in the welfare of people lain.Intuitif, thoughtful, idealistic and peace loving.

BLACK
When someone radiant aura is black, can mean the person is enveloped by Hiddenness, because this character is sometimes open and sometimes closed.have characteristic  black can mean bad, it means to have nefarious intent oaring ugly to others he meets. If the black color combined with red, the person who does not have the nature of good and evil.

TIPS KNOW YOUR AURA

From the name alone we've been able to find out that it was an inappropriate thing for those. Street children is that the children who still / have a relationship with his family. But until now there has been no explanation of street children which can be used as a reference for all parties.
As I know the streets of grouping children based on their relationship with the family. At first there are two categories of street children, the children on the street and children of the street. But in its development there are additional categories, namely children in the street or often referred to as children from families of the street.

Understanding to children on the street are children who have economic activities on the streets that still have a relationship with the family. There are two groups of street children in this category, namely the children who lived with his parents and always come home every day, and the kids who live on the streets of the Economic activities but still maintain a relationship with the family home by either periodic or scheduled are not routine.

Children of the street are the kids who spend all or most of his time on the streets and do not have a relationship or he cut ties with parents or family.

Children in the street or children from the families of the street are children who spend all their time on the streets who come from families who live or lived in the streets

 

                 
There are several alternative solutions that street children have an opportunity for a decent life, just like us:

Mentoring. Because of family treatment and environmental causes of street children sometimes feel that they are the children who are excluded and unloved, by which we can restore their confidence. "Money" we could be diverted to the time that we provide to assist them. With attitude "The reception we" can overcome the "wounds of the past" them.

Education aid. We can assist them in caring bimbinganbelajar, giving them the opportunity to go back to school with scholarships, Guidance Uper (Exam Equation) for children who have passed the age limit of the school. "Money" we can we convert a "Scholarship" (indeed the government has freed tuition for public schools, but it is replaced by
other levies even more expensive than the tuition that has been abolished in the name of "book money", "money activities" and others.

Health assistance. With a low educational background as well as an unhealthy environment lead them vulnerable to sickness and disease. On condition they not now do not have money for treatment but awareness of the high cost of health care is very low in their environment. Can we change our money into health education, health screening for awareness, drugs subsidies and subsidized health care.

Provision of Employment. As a good example, Carrefour make inroads were very nice to receive 4 street children who are old enough to work in his company. This step is one panacea to the social ills that infect even have started to rot in this nation. Imagine if there is a "Carrefour" that others can open the event, may be quiet street with street children because their parents have
start working. Profile returned to normal family, parents became the backbone of the family.

Food Aid. With high food prices make marginalized people are not able to meet the needs of everyday life. With "Money" can we convert the food aid by organizing Bazaar cheap groceries, again we should not give them for free.

Other articles at this website show that appropriately-timed humor on the job has the power to break down barriers between fellow employees and build positive connections or bonds in their place. Shared positive laughter promotes team building and helps teams communicate more openly and honestly. It supports the bottom line by helping us sustain peak levels of performance with an increasing pace of change, and the inevitable stress that goes with change.
We've all seen situations, however, where humor alienates people and creates barriers. The problem here, of course, is the kind of humor employees use on the job. Humor that disrupts and weakens teams is generally some kind of put-down humor—humor in which there is a clear victim or butt of the joke. This kind of humor always feels like "laughing at" rather than "laughing with."
It seems to be part of human nature to tell jokes which poke fun at other groups or individuals. Entire countries are often known for their specific brand of put-down humor. When I lived in Paris for three years (in the 1980s), I discovered that the French loved to poke fun at the Belgians. A favorite butt of Canadian jokes is people from Newfoundland ("Newfie jokes"). When I taught at Texas Tech University in the early 1980's, everyone I knew told "Aggie" jokes (putting down students from Texas A & M University).
If you know a lot of jokes poking fun at other racial or ethnic groups, the opposite sex, etc., and tell them on the job, it's just a matter of time until you seriously offend someone (even if they laugh at your joke). With increasing levels of cultural diversity emerging in most work settings, the best rule of thumb is to simply not tell any put-down jokes on the job. A joke which you assume will not offend your listeners can easily offend someone within earshot of the joke, even though you're not telling it to that person. If you must tell these jokes, save them for your friends when you're outside the office. The one exception to this rule is that it's generally OK to tell jokes putting down your company's main competitors. For example, if you work for Coca-Cola, it's always safe to poke fun at Pepsi.
In my programs, I often put myself at risk by telling a joke which demonstrates the offensive nature of put-down humor. For example, in the year or so after Bill Clinton was elected President, there were a lot of "Hillary jokes" going around. I ask my audience, "Who's most likely to be offended by this joke?"
Bill Clinton is walking out of the Arkansas State Fair carrying a pig under his arm, and on the way out he runs into a farmer he used to know when he was Governor. The farmer says, "Hey Bill, what's with the pig?" Clinton answers, "I got it for Hillary." The farmer thinks about it and says, "Good swap."
The audience quickly points out that most women and many democrats, and certainly Hillary, would be offended by the joke. And yet employees in companies across the country can still be found sharing such jokes around the coffee machine, walking down the hall, etc.
In one company I spoke to recently, an employee was fired for loading offensive jokes onto the computers of fellow-employees (they would see the jokes when they logged onto their computer). He assumed no one would know who fed the jokes into the system—an assumption which cost him his job.
Those who love put-down jokes complain that the workplace has just become too sensitive, and that those who are offended by their jokes need to "lighten up" a bit. While I earn a living helping people overcome "terminal seriousness" and begin taking themselves more lightly (while continuing to take their work seriously), I understand perfectly well why people are offended by jokes putting down other groups.
The joke-teller generally says something like, "Hey, it's just a joke. I was only kidding. What's the matter, can't you take a joke?" The only problem is that unless you know the teller very well, you can never be sure whether the joke does or does not say something about their true underlying attitudes about the opposite sex or another racial or ethic group. There are enough people who do hold hostile attitudes toward the groups they put down in their jokes that, anyone who does not know you well will assume that you fall in this category. Since this can only disrupt the effectiveness with which you work together, the best approach is clearly to find another way to show your sense of humor on the job.
